When Jaguar decided to replace the iconic and highly successful E-type sports car they also decided to go in a very different direction. The replacement was the XJS. This was a powerful high-speed touring car built for cruising comfort and luxury introduced in 1975. The XJS was to remain in production for 21 years thanks to constant improvements and an appreciation for what it offered.

It is also a beautiful example with the original British Racing Green paint and biscuit colored Connolly leather interior, bucket seats and wood trim. The steering wheel is a rare Momo model wood rim with a Jaguar emblem in the center. The handsome wheels are from BBS. Another attractive feature is added the luggage rack.

The fuel injected V12 5.3 Liter engine delivers over 265 HP through a 3-speed automatic transmission. In keeping with its luxury status the car includes factory air conditioning, power windows, power steering and power brakes.
