1940 Oldsmobile Series 90

This 1940 Oldsmobile Coupe is a full custom build done by Horsepower Motorworks. The car was found in a barn where it was a project car for the last 35 years. It retains its original sheet metal. It has been fully restored and customized. Full custom chassis - full custom interior and a lot of body modifications with the original sheet metal. It has a bored and stroked 350 V8 Chevy motor now a 383 CI with a 671 blower and dual Holley Carbs sitting on top. Interior has been finished in black leather and black suede accents. Custom built dash board and Autometer gauges. This car was built for the Owner of Horsepower Motorworks to use for car shows. It was completed in the early spring of 2020. It has been to a few car show locally and in the Northeast. It has won several awards including the Best Paint at the Cavalcade of Cars. The doors have been converted to suicide doors with shaved handles and electric remote door poppers. It has a 20 gallon fuel cell under the trunk floor and a in trunk fuel fill.
