Description

1924 Reo Touring Phaeton
REO was a Michigan auto manufacturer from 1905-1936 that was started by Ransom E. Olds – thus, REO. This 1924 model dates from one of the most successful years in REO's history. Standing tall on its 32x4 tires and riding on a 120” wheelbase, this seven-passenger Reo is motivated by an inline 6, producing 50 horsepower coupled to a 3-speed transmission. The car abounds in delightful period details such as its Reo radiator cap and Reo stop light. Other charming details are a single windshield wiper and step plates on the running boards. With its stylish steel wheels, subtle maroon paint, and caramel leather interior, this would be an enjoyable vintage touring car for its owner and six friends.
